PackAndPaws orders are packed with care so your tote or accessory arrives ready for daily use, beach days, travel, and gifting.

Shipping rates

Orders of $50.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $50.00 USD ship with a standard shipping fee of $6.00 USD. The final shipping option and total will be shown at checkout before payment.

Processing time

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may be slightly longer during weekends, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout when available. Delivery time can vary by destination, carrier handling, customs checks, weather, and local delivery conditions.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after the order ships. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. PackAndPaws is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package appears delayed, contact us at support@packandpaws.com with your order number. We will help check the shipment status and advise the next step.
